Meet the Owner - Charles Lee Hallett
I started in 1999 by writing a website for a small business owner trying to increase brand visibility. Only sites for major corporations were complex, and I offered a low-cost micro-site option to give an internet presence written by hand in html. I quickly found that I had to understand the business to do any sort of job on a website, and started offering logo services, print ads, OOH ads, Co-Op ads, and promo products to my efforts as I approached other local businesses. Between the crash of 2008 and Covid in 2020, most of my clients were driven out of business or sent into survival mode. I made two decisions; first was to start East Tennessee Images as an LLC, and secondly to put credentials around my abilities, gain modern skills, and network with professionals in the field by pursuing a degree in Advertising from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. By adopting new technologies like Digital Media, Social Listening, and A.I., I can now confidently offer my clients effective low-cost solutions to promoting their companies and measurable business results. -Lee
